Author Topic: Is minecraft worth it at all? - UPDATE: I got it  (Read 2014 times)

/title

I've been considering getting it, but to be honest I don't want to get hooked on it or something and then abandon my Blockland projects like I almost did with SimCity lol.

I played it for 3 days on the Xbox 360 version with da racer and it was a lot of fun except for my cousin chatting with these annoying brats on Xbox Live who kept greifing random stuff and seemed like they were addicted as hell. Other than that, the gameplay was fun.

Any input?

PC version is way better than the Xbox version.

are you like one of the 10 people who don't own minecraft?

and yah its worth it but gets boring after playing it for 3+ years

honestly i cant play it for more than 20-30 minutes
its not that addicting, atleast for me

rip kodleeshare :(

Only get it if your friends host servers or something. That's the only reason I play.

I love the game, but it's best if you hold administrative powers. Being able to tool around with WorldEdit is such an indescribably amazing thing, you don't even know. Because it's indescribable.

I only like it if I pile mods onto it

Tbh it was more fun during the alpha.

get friend or yourself to host a bukkit server on 1.7.2
get a stuff ton of plugins
profit

I would recommend it but I don't know how to mod it anymore.

all i do on minecraft anymore is build on creative and create survival worlds that i hope amount to something but don't
