I still can't figure out of thats actually japanese or not. But i heard somewhere that its made in the Netherlands

i like japan 1 but damn, japan 2 loving stepped it up. awesome bosses, and the multiplayer mode was really fun.

the resources (drawings, backgrounds etc) are from an actual Japanese company that the publisher has a partnership with, a lot of them are recycled from earlier games.

this was a legit game but never got translated so... does that count?
