How would I submit ideas to Google? (page 2 for idea)

Do you have anything concrete like code or is it purely an idea? I think you could probably just contact someone at Google via email or something, but keep in mind that "idea guys" are a dime a dozen in the industry and I doubt Google would act on anything purely hypothetical. (Although I admittedly do not really know that much about Google's methods.)

It's an app that uses location services on iOS
let me get in-depth with it
the app mainly uses the camera of the iOS device. All of your "friends" who use the app would be shown on the camera. So you can point the camera and see where your friends are.
It would also use the compass to determine what direction you are looking at
you can flip a switch on the app to go into blackout mode- which gets you off of the map
you can also block people
of course you'd have to accept friend requests for people to see you
there would be chat as well
this may seem creepy but that's why blackout mode exists, as well as having to accept friend requests
of course you wouldn't be able to see people walking, it's not going to refresh 30 times a second

i'm terrible at coding and wouldn't want to pay for apple's development license and stuff

why does it have to use the camera, that's a bit weird. why not just a map option that shows the locations of other people's iphones (using that find my iphone thing)

but that's essentially what that is, and they make it intentionally so other people can't see it without permission. I mean it's a decent idea but a bit creepy and then there's the whole security part of it

and why does google have to be involved if it's an iOS device, should be looking to ask apple about it

They basically already have this implemented, they just need to make it so that you dont have to be part of the NSA to use it.
