To subvert my list of rules, Ireland declared war upon Germany to liberate Scotland. Ireland then proceeded to ride a 5 minute ferry across the strait and hand Germany a permission slip to take Scotland on a permanent vacation.
Following the death of fascist party leader Benito Blue Meanie, Italy took a hard left and swerved off the path he'd mapped out. Italy declared neutrality, created a union of various republics, and then declared war on their former ally--Germany.
The rest of Italy's union joined in on their declaration, and soon so did the Allies and the Comintern.
China, looking to get their asses kicked again, declare war on Japan.
India, in response to the Vietnamese declaration of independence, declared war on them.

Realizing what a waste of resources it was, Germany declares white peace with Iraq.
