Thanks for fixing the add-on bug, but now the server can't connect to System_HamHost, even though it is installed and enabled. What's going on? Is there any other way to eval console commands?

If you have the old System_HamHost add-on from last year's hosting service, please delete it.

What's going on?

1: Your Blockland server is not online.
2: Another add-on is hijacking TCP port 31401.
3: You tried to edit the add-on, and it now has syntax errors.
Don't worry; I will test the problem.

Connect to the BL server and use chat eval. Kalphiter's "Script_Eval" add-on is enabled by default on all HammerHost servers.

I logged into your account and I see that you have an add-on called "System_HamHost". That is completely incompatible with the new hosting service.

I will delete it and insert the new System_HammerHost.
Edit: Looks like a lot of players are disabling or deleting the "System_HammerHost" add-on. I'm going to make it un-disableable today.

He hosts a really cool LEGO Freebuild with the Beta player type and since I haven't gotten the chance to use my server, I felt as if he deserved it more than I do. Would you allow him to take my slot? It's not definite yet, but I'll talk to him.

It's because I was trying to fix the filename bug, so I just deleted the entire Add-Ons folder. Maybe on the forum thread you can add a download for both HammerHost and Eval?

Let's say we have a TDM server with 40000 bricks and ~3200 datablocks of add-ons. The RAM usage roughly meets this linear equation: y = 18p + 200, where "y" is the RAM usage in MB, and "p" is th amount of players. Can't get more exact than that.

As for CPU, an idle BL server like the one above, with no players, uses 0.7% (on an AMD FX-6300). I can't really give you an equation for CPU usage. CPUbenchmark.net has benchmarks of CPU's. Any processor with a single-core rating of at least 700 will be okay.

No it won't. You will be able to view the add-on's source code. This is what Kalphiter did for his hosting service.

Sorry for not responding earlier, but yes, you are allowed. In fact, I would love it if you gave your slot to somebody who is more active and actually uses their slot more.
