To make it understandable pls

his avatar looks like a character you'd make in skate 3

I think he said "I'm a massive friend"

To make it understandable pls
he's saying that you now get three years if you have an unregistered pistol in NY, so it's a little safer, but that there are still bad areas like whatever "BK" is and chicago, but he lives in long beach so he's used to the bullstuff "out here"

I'll take a shot at it too.

I don't know why they deleted your stuff so I couldn't comment back. But anyways, my homeys from Brooklyn* , New York and they upped their laws in New York**, I think you get 3 years automatically if you have an unregistered pistol on you or in your car***. They just made stricter laws and it did help. There's always gonna be bad areas like where my homey lives in Brooklyn but New York is a lot safer now than it was before, and it's a lot safer than Chicago right now. But I stay in Long Beach, California so I'm used to bullstuff out here.

*Googling "BK" brings up Brooklyn, so...
**Unsure on how to make this sentence better
***according to Wikipedia, "whip" is slang for "car". It makes sense in context...

I don't know why they removed your stuff (comment?), but it meant I couldn't reply to you.
Anyway, I wanted to say that my friends live in New York and apparantely the law there has become stricter. You now recieve an automatic three year sentence if you carry an unregistered pistol upon your person or even in your whip (holster?, car as Char says?)
They've just made stricter laws on gun control, and it has helped. However there will always be bad areas in cities, such as the area in New York where my friends live. But, New York is a lot safer now than it was prior to the new gun laws, and it's a lot safer than it is in Chicago at this moment in time. I however stay in Long Beach California, so I'm quited used to the gun crime out here.

something burger king in new york

WE HAVE OUR TOP SCIENTISTS IN THE PENTAGON TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE forget HE JUST SAID

"I have no idea why they deleted your comment, otherwise I would've left a reply sooner. To get to the point, my friends have residence in Brooklyn, New York, and they have changed their laws. To my understanding, the new law states that you could receive three years minimum of jail time for owning an illegal or unregistered firearm.

They've made the laws stricter, but it has done some good. Even though the regulations are strict, there's always going to be unsafe areas, such as the area in Brooklyn that my friend lives. Regardless, the area of New York is safer than it's ever been before, compared to cities such as Chicago, Illinois.

I currently reside in Long Beach, California, so I'm familiar with the same sort of bullstuff."
