Author Topic: I think my Geography teacher hates me  (Read 3510 times)

Failing a test because someone gets one bloody answer wrong is not how teachers are supposed to do things.

Talk with the principal.

Anything less than 100% is failing to her? And she is a school teacher? Lmao

I told my mom and she said she's gonna wait for my dad to get home before they really decide if they're going to do anything about it.

Yeah
and the thing is we have TEN of these tests
you have to get 100% on the first four or five, then the next 3 you have to get above 70% or 80%, then for the last 3 you need to get at least 60%
and if you aren't at the tenth one by the last test you have to skip the rest of the ones you couldn't do cause you failed the past ones
we're on like the 5th or 6ht one but I'm held back into this 4th one because of this.
meaning I'm going to be missing around 2 or 3 tests.

its a really REALLY stupid system

If the lake is so great, why is it in canada?

Lulz
You owe me new sides.

so I manage to get to the 4th one we have without failing and its on rivers ad landform regions of Canada
The first time my teacher fails me for not putting "great" in the name of a lake in the middle of nowhere
so I got upset about it cause really I had everything else perfect but that one word cause me to fail

If you're failing because you got one question wrong, that means the test has only 3 or 4 questions, which makes me wonder why you couldn't easily memorize 3 or 4 names.

That's ridiculous! 1 answer wrong and it's a fail?!

perfectly summed up my opinion in 1 sentence

Detective SS has unveiled the plot.

OP, exactly how many questions were there?

My Geo teacher does this (map work) except she's an actual teacher that teaches and doesn't have a handicapped system (don't know if I read wrong, but there may have been only 4 questions?)

I get checks and A's :^).

Holy forget how do I edit the size my camera is too good.

Thx bb V

[img width=] or [img height=] or both but if you only do one it scales proportionally

Never mind Geography. It's only colouring in.

it was 15 questions actually

and the last ones like 40

Coloring, labeling, finding cities and labeling log/lat (not on those maps however). Coloring usually is part of what that country was doing at the time (IE: Germany central power, Russia as ally).

This is only a Sophomore class so it's whatever.

Yeah, the maps my Geo teacher gives me has a bunch of stuff to do.

sometimes i forget you have to go to college to be a teacher. to me it seems all a lot of teachers do now is follow that magical book they always refer to. anyone else have those kind of teachers?

"thats not what the book says" is their catch phrase

my geography teacher used to hate the stuff outta me but im kinda cool with her now
