People have to be morons if they want to live under communism. Under communism the government controls all means of production and social services, personal ownership of items is outlawed, and you basically live an ant worker. Everything you do has to benefit the home country at the expense of the individual.
Democratic Socialism on the other hand is where the government provides social services such as education, running water, electricity, telephone just like communist one would while having many of benefits of a capitalsit democratic nation where some industrys can remain private and can still compete. It requires that everyone give in to recieve. Yet if no works and earns income to pay their taxes, but instead takes advantage of the systems and leeches of it. Which in turns increases taxes to cover the expenses of the leeches, which can destroy businesses that don't want to pay their workers more, which creates more leeches, which creates angry people. Then it craps out and collapses on itself.
