He is just moving his hands really fast into his jacket when he does the trick and pulls out a dove extremely quick. It's not that hard to figure out.

One does not simply have 6 doves in his jacket without anyone else noticing. And, nearing the end, he removed his jacket and Ctrl+C; Ctrl+V the cage with a dove.

I just got done watching it in slow motion. Highlight the rest of this reply if you feel like learning how he did it.

When he pulls out the first match some unknown black string goes down his shirt.
Then he lights the piece of paper to make a bright light show and quickly pulls the dove out of his jacket.

When he splits the dove into 2 doves you can clearly see its 2 doves being held together and he just pulls them apart.

The way he got the third dove is he had a string in his jacket attached to the paper. He pulls in the string somehow pulling the paper into his jacket and then pulls out the third dove from his jacket.

The fourth dove was done the same way as the first dove. He was also holding an egg in the hand of which he was holding the fourth dove and he just drops it into his other hand.

The way he got the parakeet is when he held the egg to his ear he hid the left side of his body from the camera and the crowd so he can pull out the parakeet quickly. The egg is hollow and he just crushes it in his hand and then shows the parakeet in his other hand.

The way he got the birdcage is there was a fully collapsable birdcage the can collapse into a small wire tube. The tube was inside of the piece of fabric that he lit on fire and as he lit the fabric he pulled the fabric up uncollapsing the birdcage.

The way he god the second birdcage with another parakeet inside of it was the same way but with slight differences. He turns his left side away again to pull out the fabric with another collapsed birdcage in it. As he lights it he puts the entry up to his jacket allowing the parakeet to quickly get inside of it.

Then the way he made the girl appear was simple. The girl was hidden behind a small black fabric in the doves birdcage hidden on the other side of the table with another piece of black fabric covering both the cage and the girl. All he does is lift up everything with the black fabric dropping further down to cover her as she stands back up.

It was pretty clever. I like how he did the birdcages.
