Yeah I can fly one but i don't own one :P It took a while but the training wasn't that for off of a Hel which I trained for first.
If you go on a certain page on the forums for sisi (short for singularity), you can request that they update your sisi SP with that of your current one on Tranquility. It usually takes 48 hours at most but it's better than trying to catch up by training it.

Im not a fan of the Caldari because while they are patriotic, their ships look blocky, asymmetrical, and, IMO, just look downright ugly, but I do like how CCP revised the Caldari Moa design, Caldari Cruisers are the ugliest ones I can pull out from the CIA database
I dont like the Amarr because they place religion and slavery above all else,, and the Minmatar ships have too much brown coloring and look like a bunch of scrap put together, "In Rust we Trust"
