Bunch of negative reviews on Steam, mostly due to unoptimization and unable to run it with AMDs. Owch, but I'm getting mine for console. Hoping it'll be alright on it.

There are plenty of negatives for consoles too.

Game looks relatively fun
Don't think I would buy it for $60, and definitely not until they push an optimization patch

The problem with really hyped games such as this (and things like titanfall) is that there's a lot of negative backlash, people resent that some games get a lot of hype and aren't 100% perfect. GTA V is a good example of a game that got a lot of hype that was pretty close to being perfect in most people's book, and look how crazy that stuff got when someone gave it a 99/100 instead of 100. Gotta say, been playing for a few hours and I've had fun. Wish the optimization was a bit better and my pc was a little less stuff, but otherwise it's good.

My pc can't run medium on an acceptable framerate
the movement is just as stuffty as in any other "next-gen" 3rd person game
no jump button
mouse acceleration is awful (it can be fixed though)
annoying pop-ins (vehicles, and structures appearing out of nowhere)
annoying controls

10/10 gret game

Some of the control buttons they had as default didn't even exist on my gaming keyboard. It had some weird icon for the button, pushed every button and nothing. Ended up needing to change it to a side button on my mouse.

EDIT: okay, so I guess it has a parkour-like system similar to assassin's creed where you hold a button, so that's awesome.
Also the car physics aren't looking too impressive imho. Still looks fun and all, but I'm just disappointed because this was supposed to be an ultra real environment, meanwhile sports cars are blasting through semi trucks. :c

wow is ubisoft serious anymore? what the hell are they doing with the xbox 360/ps3 versions? they can do so much more than that. i thought gta iv had a real problem with optimization on the PC version

im not buying this. embarrassing. rockstar managed the 'impossible' with gta v and these guys cant? who knows, maybe sony and microsoft paid them to release unoptimized garbage so people would buy new consoles instead.
