It should already be there, are you sure it's resolution is 75 by 75 and is a PNG, JPG or GIF?

If it's still not working, you may have lost your avatar privileges for some reason at some point

do you know if anything other than png gif or jpg works? gif and jpg are horrible quality and png just won't upload for me
