I was thinking this exact thing, gonna do it for my server.

Make it randomly choose a button that they have to press - otherwise they get kicked with a message to read more carefully.

Whenever I join a server that has this mod, the loading objects bar gets stuck at the end when this prompt comes up. Press either yes or no does nothing, and I'm forever stuck loading. Does this happen to anyone else? I can join any server that doesn't have it on, but can't when it's enabled.

If this is an issue that only occurs for you, then it is most likely that you have a client-sided add-on that breaks the messageBox's ability to send a command.

You should be able to do /acceptRules in any case where clicking 'Yes' does nothing.
