Okay, so I am mega-confused by my Xbox One.
My brother has an Xbox One at home, and he had it before I got mine. My gamertag is on there, and I have saved data and things too.
I have my own Xbox now at uni, and I have my profile here as well (obviously), and I made a digital purchase of Zoo Tycoon, and downloaded it on my Xbox.
But it turns out it ALSO downloaded automatically on my brothers Xbox at home (despite me not even signing in back there).
So, that's kind of weird, because my brother can play it, despite the game belonging to me and having been purchased on a DIFFERENT Xbox, as was the case with Xbox 360s.
Now, I skyped my brother and chatted, and he gave me the login details for HIS gamertag, and I signed in on my Xbox One.
I was going to see if I could download Minecraft, since he has it on his at home.
BUT ALSO, it came up with Halo The Master Chief Collection on his dashboard, since he purchased the game ON DISC today and has played it recently.
I pressed this (expecting it to tell me that I'd need the disc), and it started to install the game.
So now, I have Halo TMCC slowly downloading on my Xbox One, despite me having never bought it, my brother having bought it at home ON A DISC, and his profile having been added to my console AFTER he purchased it.
Is this normal, or no?
If it is, and the game downloads properly then I am amazed and I love the Xbox One for letting us share like that.
This has just really surprised me. Even the Xbox 360 got pissy about you sharing downloaded games with other gamertags on your xbox.
