so my little brother bought an xbox 360 refurb from gamestop and it redringed when he turned it on
he went back and traded it in for another and that one works fine
but uh
why do we need a network adapter just to connect to the loving internet
i already paid for the router, we already paid for the internet service we have

im giving up on gamestop
i found out that i got overcharged on mh3u when i could've got it for like 20 dollars on 99gamers used ($35 at gstop)

I bought a xenon 360 for $15 at the thrift store no rrod everything intact even came with a 12gb hard drive

I bought an old Xbox 360 and had a similar problem. Instead of buying a network adapter I used an old laptop, connected it to the 360 with an ethernet cable and then shared the laptops wifi connection. There's quite a few tutorials for it on Google and what not.
