Studs? No.
Sides? Yeah!

But, it would add more faces to every brick reducing frame rate that much more. About, what? 17 extra faces?
Also, how did you do that?

i think the plate prints are a bit too crowded but hot damn it makes buildings look byootiful

It's fully configurable.

You can have smaller sides.

Or a completely flat surface.
Your framerate should theoretically be the exact same with tessellated bricks as it is with regular bricks.

Holy stuff. Is it using Normal Maps or Bump Maps?

:(

will you be releasing this for download sometime in the future

Normal maps.

Not sure.

Not sure.
Why not? Just asking, so don't take this negatively somehow. Anyways, this looks pretty cool and nice job however you managed to do this.

:(

please do release it - it makes the game look soooo much more fantastic. keep up the good work :)

Release this, this looks really good man

Jesus Christ, that is beautiful.
How is it configured, did you create a gui or do you use the console?

Please release. No reason not to. You'd be a god like port and his shaders

I've wanted to see this for a long time. Even if it's a bit messy (looks like ramps and road bricks don't get the effect), I must ask that you release it.

It's configured by a group of variables but I could easily create a GUI for it.
You would need to restart Blockland or reconnect for the changes to take effect though.

There's still work that needs to be done though. Mainly the bottoms of the bricks.
