Can someone fix up this old add-on / Find a substitute?

It's supposed to display backgnd.png as your loading screen image, instead of 'unknown map'.
For my [steam] copy of blockland, it just shows a white image.

why not instead have a mod which allows server owners to make their own preset loading screen image for their server?

you just need to change the directory it loops through.
how is that so hard?

e.g if i wanted to loop through a folder in addons titled 'Lol' i would do:
"Add-Ons/Lol/*"

Also, GUI+ gives you server information while loading.
