post your favorite game developer hiccups in games

me and my friend keeps abusing a car launch glitch on Saints Row IV; you just keep jumping on or around the car until you'll be set flying. it's quite amusing and we did it with a bunch of vehicles.

star trek voyager elite force when you use console commands to spawn enemies into game cutscenes. the enemies automatically start attacking people, and everyone starts shooting at your character shouting "WHOSE SIDE ARE YOU ON?!"
