dont forget that time where a young boy was raped by a woman and then said boy was forced to pay child support to said woman

oh and that other time where hospitals were giving out free breast cancer exams to everyone except men

oh yeah there was that time when a fandom blogger said that a man cant be raped simply because he is male

Not all of it really seems reasonable, but to say that men get everything their way may not be totally accurate. I admit, women do get some stuff, but to think men have perfect lives in every aspect and that MRM has 0 justification also is not totally accurate in my view

i'll agree with this, but i don't think men face enough issues for there to be a full scale movement? most of the issues men have dont really seem to be as bad as the women's issues. although there's probably some things i haven't read

both ends are pretty exaggerated
feminism literally complains about every single detail and i guess MRM isnt really needed since we arent really missing any rights

feminism and mrm are totally justified, but both of them are viewed as dumb causes cuz some dinguses get loud and pissed

MRM isn't supposed to be a response to feminism or anything, it doesn't matter if the issues men deal with seem less in comparison to the issues women deal with :/

i'd say they're big enough to not just focus on one or the other
both ends are pretty exaggerated
feminism literally complains about every single detail and i guess MRM isnt really needed since we arent really missing any rights
eh well i mean men have like no parental or reproductive rights, and some other forgeted up legal stuff

and i dont really see anything legal that women face, like discrimination is illegal but it happens a lot. so again i dont think we should focus on one or the other

what im trying to say is that there's already a movement that focuses on both and that should be getting more attention because there arent many bad apples, or at least not as many

I agree that there may be excessive participation and commitment to MRM in relation to what's going on, but it does bring up some valid things to consider, and merely writing it off as full of nutjob misogynists is oversimplification

also remember that MRM is a much smaller movement than feminism as a whole

yeah also i dont think ive ever seen an mra force someone into their group by saying "oh you support equality? you're an mra. what the forget is wrong with you look it up in the dictionary you are an mra"

"Valerie Solanas is a feminist who tried to kill Andy Warhol. Therefore, I believe that feminists and the woman's rights movement should be labeled terrorists"

Not saying that MRAs are any less stupid and over-dramatic, but this is a supreme hypocrisy.

i thought the mrm was a joke

Or that time that woman had love with a minor, but they protested she be set free because they were lesbians.

was he even an MRM? wtf

he probably was a barely active member on some MRM board, didn't see the original video so idk what he said

don't worry about the fact that he also killed 3 men (with a knife too!), and is obviously a troubled human being who went out in a pathetic way. he might have had general emotional issues and blamed women since relational failure was likely the most obvious thing troubling him. Forget trying to expand treatment for people with violent emotional issues, or having people become aware of warning signs when loved ones might need counseling to prevent stuff like this in the first place. There's usually always dispositional and situational factors in place. Chalking this up merely to the MRM and the partiarchy is a gross misuse of the human capacity for reasoning and decision making, and merely aids an arguably subtly malicious agenda. forget whoever thought that petition was a good idea. MRMs don't deserve it, they had nothing to do with the insanity of this kid
