Atleast call it something else besides RTB "v2", what IS this even.
we already have sites like daprog's rtb exact replica.

The site design is HIDEOUS, put more work into it PLEASE

Who will use this? Why would ANYONE use this?

Here are main issues:
1. Site design
2. Hardly any coding knowledge
3. It says "RTB"
4. This entire thing is just asking to be criticized and uncalled for.
5. Whats the point of this? Steam, and many of the backup websites (including an almost EXACT replica of return to blockland's site)
6. You don't look like you could lead a project this large.
7. Who will support this?
8. IF you do get the site up, who will donate?
9. And finally, please leave this job to someone else. RTB is a large mod (and so is its site) but you have no coding knowledge
(except possibly javascript like you mentioned, html isnt) but this wont cut it for getting RTB's quality.
