Author Topic: What is your view on top freedom?  (Read 2310 times)

Top freedom is a womens movement, which demands women to be allowed to be in public topless.

I personally think that it's immodest, but I still see no other reason why it can't be legalized.

What do you think?

Also here is a segment of a women's protest group on the streets of New York against censorship, who are topless: http://youtube.com/watch?v=fB5jq8bbIRo

No thanks, I'm already utterly disgusted when 70 year old men are topless in their front yard. I don't even want to imagine 70 year old women.
no homo

EDIT: forget that, it should be banned for women and men alike.
You look like a poor peasant doing it. It's either some gross old guy or some gymbro cunt that wants to show off.
Although you have to be crazy to even not want to wear a shirt around here, unless it's that one special day of the year where temperatures rise above 20 degrees celcius.

Lets just examine the argument behind this. or at least one of the arguments.

"I cant go without my top because it's 'distracting', but men can go without their shirt all the time!"

Men don't have tits. That is literally the only explanation for this and the one thing that could possibly destroy the viewpoint behind top freedom. Tits are loveually attractive to males and a part of the female genitalia. If you let top freedom be legalized, that's like letting men walk around with giant holes in their jeans.

Plus, it's funny; the same movement behind this is the one that ironically always spews that "rape culture" bullstuff, now you're TRULY going to make the argument that "she was asking for it" seem more logical.

It's funny because this is legitimately true.

I say no. Some people say its "natural" but no, that's not how America has ever been

That's implying men don't stare at women who wear that kind of clothing.

haha your right America has never been natural

I say no. Some people say its "natural" but no, that's not how America has ever been

wha
america at one point was never slave-free
etc. etc.

i'm fine with the whole thing, I don't really see why women can't be topless like men can be.

you know i thought the point of a society was that there were rules and things you couldnt do but for some reason we seem to be going backwards

idk if removing dumb rules is backwards then I guess we are going backwards

It isn't going backwards, these type of things are called reforms.

It is natural though, it's our body and we can't change it.

I didn't imply anything of the sort, but it is true that men do stare at women wearing that clothing, and I think if we were allowed to go topless there would be more staring and promiscuity. After awhile though, I think people would get bored of it, and it'd become a normal life thing. I have also seen it the other way around too - women staring at men's pants bulges down below.
