I'd imagine from what I have studied that, that could be an extremely likely possibility. HIV/AIDS does destroy the immune system, so yeah.

The rapture will occur, with all of God's people who are still living on Earth brought up to Heaven, and Satan will return as the Anti-Christ and enslave the world for 7 years. Then, Jesus will return with the army of God, defeat Satan, judge the wicked, and cast Satan and his unbelievers into the lake of fire. Then God shall destroy the wicked sin-filled Earth and create the New Earth, which is absolutely perfect and was the way the Earth was before the fall.
