i knoww aaaaah he would be perfect

4 Fire Emblem characters B)

Don't know why they didn't take either Ike or Marth out but I'm not complaining. They are fun to play as.

I find it funny when people use the term "main" on this game, like why.
What's the point playing the same guy over and over again? To get good? No that's just repetitive.
Its stuff to think you'd wake up every day take a deep breath and say, "I'm going to play Pac-Man for the rest of my life"
Honestly. The "One and done" factor doesn't even apply to games like this anyway.

what's wrong with deciding which one you want to learn how to play i mean its much more of a preference thing than any
like how daigo is a ryu guy
for the most part when people say they main on this topic it's normally like 2 to 4ish characters

tbf daigo is like the best street fighter player in the world maybe it isn't fair to compare us to him

What I mean is, when you're playing in the competitive scene like I am with my friends, it gets boring playing amongst the same characters over and over again. I play for the adrenaline rush and not experiencing the same move sets over and over again. As of last month I've just started working on strats for Project-M doubles, it has come to my attention that most if not all the enemy players are ditto fox. You may say, "Oh, its because fox is a high tier" and while you're right you're not seeing the point though. Its annoying, and predictable. Look at good players like Hbox or Emukiller. They don't have a strong focus on 2-4 people. They can roster anyone if they needed to. And its funny to out predict double fox because what are they going for? A 46% ratio and an up smash.

Tl;dr mains are uncreative and dull.

This is the most brilliant nerd rage I have seen in my life.

Seems like you have a problem when someone mains fox as opposed to people maining other characters.

All characters in SSBB have the same base mechanic, but some people prefer one character over the other. I'm sure people who main one character and are really good are great with other characters too.

Its more a concern for the future if not the "now" of smash as it is. I don't want it to become like this.

About this, I will admit I do have a history of hating fox just because of his move set. I'm glad his shine is now delayed in S4.

>smash
>competitive
top kek

I just saw that to. Was about to comment the same thing.

Did you see the top 8 character diversity at EVO 2014?
It was Shiek, Marth, Fox, Pikachu, Falco, Peach, Jigglypuff, Young Link. Let me know if I forgot any. Plus with players like Bizarro Flame and aMSa showing the power of low tier characters, this is perhaps the worst time to claim that Fox is going to be all that people play in the future. (i assume you mean melee, since he's not as viable in brawl)
