I'd never been in this situation but I'd say it'd be pretty easy with Greninja.

You can counter one arrow after climbing up the ledge to propel yourself towards the middle
Also you could use your side + B even if you don't hit to move foward

may be harder than I make it out to be but I'm sure it'll work
