But Jigglypuff has always been an unlockable character ever since N64.

While Ness was only a starter in Melee.

There is nothing more entertaining in Smash 3DS than playing a match on Jungle Japes and the only item enabled is a pitfall, and you try to throw pitfalls at people that are mid-air so they fall directly into the river.
