the very least used key?

on my bottom row, the keys are as follows: ctrl, start menu, alt, spacebar, alt gr, another loving start menu key, and then this thing

it's a picture of a cursor highlighting a row of text

I have no idea what it does and have never, ever used it

even the loving italian layout is better

NumLk is the only one i never recall having used purposefully.
why would you ever even need to disable your keypad?

Caps lock, all F1-12 keys, scroll lock, insert, home, end, the entire num pad, backslash, and the right-click key.
