That was literally the least obnoxious way I could have said that.  I assumed that he was knowledgeable enough to have cleared his cache already.  Chill.

Nightfox, get off your high horse and stop trying to start drama that doesn't need to be started.  I am trying to help Nal fix his login issues.  Asking if he has cleared his cache isn't a big deal.

Now,
Searches suggest clearing your cookies.. which once again I'm sure you have done.  One place said to update Java and Flash.. but I highly doubt that they communicate with the login.  Worth a shot though.

have you tried signing out of google accounts and signing back in?

Yeah well its happening on Firefox and Chromium so idk
I've tried logging off and back on, going on google+ and I cleared my history. I might think its shockwave because I've been getting repeated crashes from it, but that might just be chromium

This person has the same bug: https://code.google.com/p/googlebugs/issues/detail?id=583 but it has not been fixed.

You can sign up for email notifications on the issue.

EDIT: It seems there are more with no replies, so this might not actually be useful, sorry.

Double EDIT: Shamelessly taken from the internet

Then have a look at your browser's settings for accepting cookies.  You ought to add all YouTube and Google cookies to Third Party Exceptions.  This has been the problem for many users with malformed pop-ups and some never appearing (as in your case, more or less).  Here is a thread which I made about some of the issues and it makes mention of what cookies and where in 2.:  https://productforums.google.com/d/msg/youtube/V9DT4dTzZUI/Z13NBKZcUwYJ
