My clan has won 13 wars so far. We were undefeated for a long time but we've had terrible attacking and attendance recently, winning just 3 out of our last 10.
Here, everyone attacks too high and doesn't get many stars. Then there are other guys who go inactive for a long time. If they are absent for three or four sequential wars (wars are usually twice a week starting Tuesdays and fridays, so that's almost two weeks absent), they are removed.
