We're talking about the inequality for some men.

um who in their right mind outsources work to women only. no company is going to do that, that's a terrible idea

If women and men are doing the exact same amount / quality of work, yet women earn lower salaries, it would be an excellent idea to outsource work to women only. Same work, more profit.

EDIT:

Point being, they are not being payed less for the same work.

the point is they want to be paid equally if they work in a field normally done by a man, not take over all the fields that men normally work in

Note; field. There are a number of differently paying jobs in a single field. People's earnings fluctuate per year. These are not accurate measurements.

The Equal Pay Act of 1963 prevents us from lowering a person's wages based on gender. If a man and a women did the exact same amount of work for the exact same amount of time, they would earn the exact same amount of money. There are a number of reasons why women would tend to earn less, i.e. child caring, that are covered in the info-graphic.

Eh... I wouldn't cite acts as proof, that's usually shaky ground.

I'd rather see those young women learn to code to get into the field of technology and science, not to end the use of a word that everyone gets called.

no it's genius though
we can just change the definition of learning to any activity in school and suddenly china's education system looks like stuff
then we can make the sentence "good test score" any test score above 10%
why just stick to coding

You should Bi-loveualize coding, not Feminize coding. Do you think morans understand this now?
There is no need to create interest for males in coding. The interest is already there. Besides, it's not like it says on the website that you have to be a girl.
> wah women aren't being treated equally in society
> actually women are treated fairly, if not specially, due to stupid double standards
> STOP ABUSING ME, RAPE RAPE RAPE

Basically trying to talk to a radical feminist.

I hate how women bicker about not being equal, when really they are being treated equal, if not higher. It's just the rare few, that vocalize. Men also don't get treated equal as well, but you don't see a men's rights activists on the streets.
I don't get how you can say women are treated absolutely equally when you're not one. Sure women have most of their legal rights now (abortion is still being fought against on the state level I think) but that doesn't mean we as a society treat women fairly, that just means you haven't experienced evidence of this mistreatment because you're not a woman.
this infographic acts like there's no problem with the way women and men are paid today, and I'm just going to quote the one comment on it that stood out to me

When you account for same job/same experience between men and women, women are paid 94% of what men are paid. Interpret that as you will.
