I've seen one. I've also seen this really loving weird light before. I was in the side yard of my house in Florida at like 10 PM. I was outside looking at my dad's car. I saw this weird, oblong-shaped blue light hanging in the middle of my dad's car above the dashboard. I still do not know what that thing was.
