Some forgetnut has griefed my house

they basically tried to burn the wings on the 5th or so floor and placed blocks around and ruined my farm

Alright, which one of you friends are griefing everyone

Tonka (or tonnka's however it's spelled), me, and someone's house by the spawn were all griefed
Someone stole my loving spawners and the actual design itself too

I want god damn answers

Apparently some dipstuff called "~Bacchus" had "enoucraged" someone to grief my house because "i'm an starfish"

Also some mod on the server said that they're not going to do a rollback or fix any of this because "Its easy as forget to fix so do it yourself".

I couldn't do it because we're not allowed to, the command not accessible to mods, it is admin+ only. Otherwise I would've fixed it, I said it was easy to fix because it was easy to fix.

I'd definitely say that it would be a good idea to have something that logs movement of lava using buckets and/or use of flint and tinder
not necessarily do anything about it, but log location, time, and most importantly who did it.

I do have a log. That's how I was able to find out that they did it, and roll back most of the damage.

The only problem is, I cannot tell when things of this nature happen as they happen. I can only tell who did it if I either see them do it or if I go into the logs. If you're afraid of your things being taken or griefed, I can set up a worldguard region for you.

i was loving around with it in single player and forgot to turn it off
turned it back off after when i realized i still had it on

Alright, we're getting a new plugin called BlockOwn, which can be found at this link: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/blockown/.
Basically, what this plugin does is make ANY block you place owned by you and only you. Other people can access your blocks ONLY IF you allow them to, meaning that griefing any blocks you place is nigh impossible UNLESS you give them permission to grief you, which in that case, there would be a different problem.

This plugin will log every block you place from the installation on, so be aware, it will not yet protect structures you have already built. My suggestion is to find a way to limit access to pre-existing structures with new blocks, such as a protected wall or fence, and private all of your doors using /cprivate so that, if someone attempts to enter any structure you've built, they cannot break through a wall or enter through the door you've made.
Use /protect to protect EVERY BLOCK you've placed of the material you're looking at, or use /protect <material> to protect every block of the material you type.
