if you're defining operating system as PC-only operating systems, Windows ME, on my grandfather's old desktop

if you're defining it as any OS on any device, either Palm OS on my elementary school teacher's m500 PDA or Mac OS9 on those old clamshell MacBooks, I'm not certain which one I used first but they weren't very far apart
