lots of reasons tbh. it takes a lot of effort from both the hosts and the players to make these really engaging

fun fact 1: abs fiesta is actually the longest running ace rp in terms of pagecount to date

fun fact 2: abs fiesta probably has the best GMing out of all the ace rps (the only one with any play-by-play GMing to begin with, actually). the premise is interesting. there are tons of goodies for players to interact with. missions are actually feel varied and enemies aren't just poor shmucks that get their stuff ruined in an instant.

if you want to try something a little more serious i wouldn't mind giving a shot at hosting the next mission

Kinda don't think that should kick in unless we hit about 240 though considering half the thread is stuffposts, partially because I don't take this as seriously as I should.

Man I was gonna just go "welp toss this in time for you to do your thing" then I realized that with how the narrative was going to work that wasn't an option. The part where this ended up working and being acceptable was just icing on the cake and I wasn't sure how it was gonna go.
The premise is actually me being too lazy to world-build for a different project on my own so I outsourced it
