Windows XPThis is a very simple process, just follow these simple steps.
Step 1. Save a picture from Google or if you already have a file make sure its easily located.
Step 2. Right click on your (assumed) default desktop and hit properties.
Step 3. Click on the default window, and choose your desktop. If you do not see it in the list, hit browse and search for it.
Step 4. Pick an option for Stretch or Tile, then press Apply.
Changing your IP address the easy wayThis works on all versions of windows above Windows XP, including XP.
Step 1. Go to your start menu and click run, type cmd.
Or go to Task manager, hit new process, and type cmd.
Step 2. Type "ipconfig", keep cmd open since you'll need it later.
