make the top bar persistent
by that I mean when you scroll, the top bar follows, like how youtube does it

This looks great, the only thing I can suggest is changing the font-weight in the paragraphs to something around 300.  It looks really light as of now.  But besides that, I really like it.

Because it's just a non-functional .html to get the design done. The buttons do absolutely nothing.
