I hide the taskbar when I don't need it. I had to mouse over the taskbar to take the picture with both of the monitors.

I plan to get 2 monitors, I am wondering if you can have different backgrounds on each?
Are there other advantages other than bigger range?

use something like display fusion to easily manage settings and accessibility on multiple monitors
make sure you're extending displays and not mirroring

I usually just make a single image that is the dimensions of the two monitors combined
