Yeah, but the whole process of rooting, installing a custom recovery, and then flashing the new ROM... There's so many different things, minute details that I have to pay attention to, etc. That in itself isn't so bad, but when you add that to the fact that I have to start with one version of Android and manually upgrade it twice too just to get it to stock lollipop it's just ugh
The one tap roots seem to work fine on LG phones. Once rooted installing a custom recovery is as simple as going to the app store and downloading your TWRP installer. :v
I did it all on my Note 3 without even using a PC.
I've done it on the Galaxy S1, S2, S3, Nexus 7, LG G3, and Note 3 with no problemo.
