a simple, "you got over 81 days of fun from this game, it sure is worth the $20 IMO" would be a geesh realy? Tone. You wrote two paragraphs
I wrote one paragraph, a concluding comment, and a one-line summary. Someone had already brought up that he's used the forum for over 81 days; I figured that it would be interesting to compare the money towards other common uses of money to see how they'd stack up to Blockland as far as time spent goes.
ok
i still think something else would have been worth the $20
not saying i didn't still don't have fun on blockland, last night i had a blast on it. but if i put in the building ability of myself (and mostly everyone else), plus people's lack of eventing skills, blockland entertainment value of most people goes down. i still think it should of been $15
It's irrelevant if you have fun on blockland anymore, that only adds to the value of the game as it still provides ongoing entertainment value. Regardless, it's ridiculous to me that you would have rather spent that $20 on something that would have quantitatively and qualitatively provided less entertainment value. You're essentially saying, "Blockland is overpriced because the less fun something is, the more expensive it should be. Since Blockland is so much fun, it should be cheaper."
As a fun brown townogy (not an attack, you people seem to be interpreting my posts that way), according to the
Bureau of Labor Statistics a gallon of milk costs about $4 plus an average sales tax of about 7%, $4.28. Since you're saying Blockland should cost 5 dollars less, you're effectively
crying over spilled milk.
