Author Topic: My School's filter is very strange  (Read 2203 times)

So earlier this week they unblocked the forums for whatever reason. Which is nice I guess, but topics that contain swear words are filtered so I can only open topics that don't have any. It's pretty odd because if I accidentally click on one the whole site is blocked again for ~5 minutes and then I gain access again

So anyways, discuss forum accessibility from school for you I guess

Have fun getting to this page on the forums at school now ;)

my school used to block every website that had forum content
..which sucked because if you had an issue with adobe or something..

it only works if it's in the topics title

and no it won't work if you edit it in your post, only if it's in the OP

OT: for whatever reason my school had blocked the forums for about a week at one time, and then decided to unblock it again.
it was weird.

i wonder what would've happened when betel spammed the forums

I used a VPN on our network and it said security warning and reported it to the admin :~)
