Get a cat toy or something small and round that makes noise, shake it above the blankets and when she hears it she'll climb up to get it.

Get a basket. Tie something like rope or blankets to basket. Put something to attract cat in basket. Lower basket. Obtain cat. Raise basket.

Get a small platform that's sturdy. Put a cat treat/food on it. Attach a long stick to the platform. Lever it down so the cat gets on, then bring it up slowly.
