Wrong.  It's for Original Characters.  Hence the term, OC. 

Really, what I am saying is Molten shouldn't just make an entirely new thread for OCs when he should just look at the OP so he doesn't have to slog through a bunch of stuff pseudo OCs.

i don't think you're in any position to try to call these characters out like that. molten is looking for oc's and that's what he's gonna find here.

My understanding of the present situation is that he wanted to obtain permission for what he is doing with the characters of other people before actually doing it. Because doing something like that for somebody's own personal character which may not be the most popular thing out there is kind of a stuffty thing to do. I mean, I'd be miffed, at least.

Although making the thread in Off-Topic of all places was probably the worst possible idea he could've had in this regard. Off-Topic isn't exactly conducive to anything productive or serious.
