I might make a whole thread of this in Off Topic.

the images are automatically pulled from the internet, and then it generates a poster page. there's no point in trying to take it down, it's automated.

how many people actually have copyright/claims on that work

you know a lot of stuff that you put on the internet is free domain (I can't say for DA because I don't use it or know how it works)

So if you haven't copyrighted it, it isn't illegal to download it and sell it claiming it as your own work? It even says it on the image when you hover over to it (Attatched) (might be a joke tho idk)

It's a really slippery slope when it comes to copyrights/ownership online with works

How slippery? Slippier than ur mam's DNA pit? BBBBBBB)))))))))))

what? no it isn't. the article you linked to doesn't even have anything to do with the photos originally being posted on the internet. it's about fair use, and the fact that this "artist" edited them before selling them. I really can't see any court finding what he did legal, but I guess that's not the point
where they were posted doesn't change anything about them whatsoever
So if you haven't copyrighted it
if you live in any of these countries with a date under the "Berne" column, it's copyrighted as soon as you make it
it isn't illegal to download it and sell it claiming it as your own work?
whether you pretend you made it or not doesn't matter, it's still illegal. but that website is weird. the only way to know for sure what a court would decide is for that to actually happen (it won't)

I didn't make the icon hovering thing.
Also, USA is under there.

what?
If you were refferring to the attatched image, I didn't make the hover-over description. If you weren't, oops.

Isn't that a phishing site

Yep. Just found out but decided to not bump my topic on it.
