if the female character is a child then throw away all that hourglass-shape birthing-hips stuff. that'll just be super weird. give it eyelashes or something. children are androgynous as heck, there's not really any real reason to make it Very Obvious that the kid is female

yeah I was about to say this, people don't usually develop hips until they hit puberty, so it's best to just give her eyelashes or a bow or some other stereotypically girly thing
