Proceed to go "all in"
From what you're hearing now it sounds like someone is in trouble. You could hear a loud scream and some more crashing around.
You dash across the path into the other side of the woods and come up quickly to the source. The wood you went through was surprisingly short lived as you came into a clearing where all the commotion was happening. Several tall poles with bright lights illuminated the area and you could smell chemicals. A squat building
loomed in front of you, its glass windows smashed. Outside of the entrance two men argued with eachother while standing over the figure you saw earlier who was on the groundcovering his/her head.
The two men were wearing masks which concealed their faces and they held what appears to be metal pipe and a bag spilling over with product.
"What do we do with her?"
"She's seen us man! With our masks off! she'll no doubt go to the police."
"Just take the pipe and be done with it! We'll hide the body somewhere safe!"
"James, I can't do it! This isn't how it was suppose to go!"
"Just do it, Rodney!"
