You're more likely to die in a car accident or be struck by a bus then you are to get in a plane crash
YOURE MORE LIKELY TO DIE ON YOUR BED OR IN A BATHTUB OR EVEN BE STRUCK BY LIGHTNING
I disagree. I've been in pretty bad car accidents before and I survived pretty well.
Buses also have very good safety records by the way. I've rode the school bus practically my whole life and never had any problems. And some of my bus drivers were really old. Like, REALLY old. And they didn't pay attention to the road sometimes. But yet, here I am.
Meanwhile I have seen countless horrific airplane crashes where 99% of the time everyone died and had no ability to save themselves because they were trapped in a metal fuselage of death.
Oh, and have you heard about the guy who got struck by lightning 7 times and lived?
I've fallen asleep in a bathtub full of water before. Didn't drown.
Closest I ever came to dying in bed was when I was 12 and had Croop and was a few days late to seeing the doctor and my symptoms worsened. But despite that, I was just fine.
learning to use parachutes isn't even necessary if you're on a commercial flight inside the US. You wont be shot down, and airplanes are built with so many safety details, hardware failure or anything like that is about as common to be hit by lightning. Especially the boeing 777, it's been said you have to be an idiot to crash that plane. You'll be fine flying, I could promise that.
Thank you.
If I did have to die in an airplane crash though, I'd prefer it would be on my own hands, flying an airplane myself.
Of course if my dreams of flying a Mark 7 Angel-Wing Interceptor came true, i'd be super happy. Those things go really fast. The G-diffusion technology they use is state-of-the-art. Go from Earth to Pluto and back in under 5 minutes!
i'm joking dont ban me
Well then what've you got to say?
What have I got to say? Flying scares the crap outta me, that's what! Maybe i'll start with a short domestic US flight if I ever have to fly, but that'd certainly be one small step for Planr one giant leap for mankind.
