is there an add on where the player spawns with a straight jacket (Cant take it off)
But there is a map where they have to escape but they can only headbutt to attack

I wouldn't make it a playertype but rather an item you can use on an other player.
It would disable his tools and clicking-ability so he wouldn't be able to open doors or push buttons.
