I only have it on the xbox, but I don't play often (Still waiting on some loving updates and stuff overkill)
If only I could run it faster 20FPS

how do you even use the clarion
it fires way too fast for me to be able to control it

i personally use the M308 or AK.762.

pistols i use the bernetti 9 or deagle

short 2-3 shot bursts to the head, unless its a dozer, then its the rest of the mag to the head.

Spec into Technician, it adds 25 percent stability iirc.
