You still had to grind for a forgetton of cash before you could buy it.

It was also bullstuff and a novelty item more than anything else. It was a "forget it, I'm /done/ with trying in this game" which isn't the system that's put in place for PAYDAY 2. Grinding is much easier when you can just shoot down a Dozer and turn their entire body into hamburger.
