play some singleplayer for a while if you don't have anyone else to play with
people stop kicking you at the 60-70 threshold and by then you'd hopefully be well enough aqainted with the game to to suck at it

theres always the novelty of a level ~20 joining while stating "heist" in the chat and spawning with the suit and a silenced glock in the middle of watchdogs

GO bank is one of the most bull stuff levels.

Almost every time I play, the place is swarmed by shields and tazers sitting behind the shields, and we can't funnel them through the back because of the roof tops being so occupied!
