This has been confirmed on Twitter by the official twitter of Simon Viklund and Overkill.
The actual creator is: Carl Norén.
He is one of the sound designers at Overkill.

During Crimefest they had another "guest artist" Le Castle Vania with, for example, "Infinite Ammo"
The  earlier guest artist being also Alesso of course... Who had an entire heist dedicated to him. >_<
I think there was another one? I am not sure though.
Either way, i don't think this is a bad thing, especially since we can select our music in-game ourselves anyway.
At least there is now more and more variety for the player.

i got mixed feelings about lecastlevania's songs.  i mean, yeah, their assault parts are soulless wub wub nyerrrr, but the control parts are genuinely loving amazing 10/10 i'll link to them below
